π§΅ What qualifies as a custom order?
Custom orders include anything that is personalized with a name, specific text, font/color selections, uploaded artwork, or custom designed artwork (e.g., DTF transfers, embroidered names, or design requests).
π¨ Personalization Details
- Please enter all customization requests exactly as you want them printed or embroidered.
- Double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation β we make exactly what you submit.
- If your product offers font or color options, select those from the dropdown or leave a note.
πΌοΈ Uploading Artwork for DTF Prints
- Accepted file formats: PNG, PDF, SVG (300 DPI recommended)
- Ensure files are print-ready, sized appropriately, and have transparent backgrounds when needed.
- We do not resize, adjust, or review files before printing β what you upload is what gets printed.
π Licensing Responsibility
By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights or have proper licensing for commercial use. We are not responsible for any copyright violations or unauthorized content.
β³ Production Time for Custom Orders
Turnaround time for custom items is 7β14 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description or discussed via email or messaging prior.
π£ Important Notes
- We do not offer digital previews unless otherwise specified or discussed prior that a digital preview or mockup will be sent before production.
- All custom orders are final sale β no refunds, cancellations, or edits once submitted or invoice is paid.
