Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Each item is made with care and often customized to your request. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part.
DTF Transfers & Prints
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for DTF prints or gang sheets.
- Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. We do not resize, edit, or review files before printing.
- We are not responsible for improper press settings, misalignment, or any issues related to customer use.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hotmessinkpress.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will evaluate the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
