Our typical turnaround (processing) time is 7-15 business days, unless otherwise stated in the individual product description. Most items are made to order. If you are looking for items to pickup/ship quickly, please shop from the "Ready to Ship" collection on the website.

Items that are Ready to Ship (marked with "RTS") will ship or be ready for pickup in 1-5 business days.

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout.

We primarily use USPS Ground for domestic shipping, which takes around 5-7 business days to arrive.

If you need faster shipping, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

You will receive tracking information to your email when your order has shipped.

Currently, we only ship domestically within the USA. However, we hope to offer international shipping in the future.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To place an order, simply browse our collections, select the items you want, customize them if needed, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once production has begun and after 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes.

Due to the nature of our made-to-order and custom items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there is an error on our part, please contact us, and we will make it right.

We offer a variety of handmade products, including custom cups, tumblers, apparel, hats, and accessories. We do sublimation, dtf, embroidery, and more. And each item is crafted with care and attention to detail.

Yes! Several of our products can be customized. Please refer to the product description for specific customization options available or check out the customs collection on the website.

We do not offer physical gift cards, however, we do offer electronic gift cards. You can find them on the website.
