🕒 What is your current turnaround time (TAT)?
For made-to-order items, our typical turnaround time is 7–14 business days. For ready-to-ship items, it’s usually 1–3 business days. Turnaround time does not include shipping/delivery time and may vary based on volume or during peak seasons.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
📦 Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve it.
🖨️ Can I upload my own design for a custom DTF print?
Yes! You are welcome to upload your artwork through the product page on our site. Please ensure files are high resolution (300 DPI recommended), properly sized, and print-ready.
🎨 What kind of files do you accept for DTF prints?
We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, and other high-resolution formats. Ensure your file has a transparent background and is sized correctly. We do not edit or alter designs before printing.
