Shipping policy

Most items are made to order with the exception of "Oopsie" & discounted or discontinued items. Current TAT is 3-7 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing or in the header of our site. TAT does not include delivery time. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control. Shipping costs and delivery methods will be provided during the checkout process, and you are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  We are not responsible for lost packages due to any inaccurate information you may have provided at checkout.
