How to Order Your Custom Cups
1. Please read entire description and follow these instructions to ensure you are happy with your purchase and I can get your order processed, made, and shipped ASAP.
2. Add the custom cup of your choice to your cart.
3. Complete your purchase.
4. Use the order notes on this page to tell us what you want on your cup. You can also send an email to HMIPcustoms@gmail.com with your order number to include any additional information we may need.
For example...
- give us a very detailed description of what you would like on the cup and we can make or find a design for you.
- send in personal photos you already have with an explanation of how you would like them on the cup (no guarantee all photos will work for every cup)
- go to Etsy and search "16oz cup wrap png file" + the design or style you want, find the design you want, and email us the direct link to that design
- EXAMPLE 1: "mama floral 16oz glass wrap png file"
- EXAMPLE 2: "teacher gift 16oz glass cup wrap png file"
- It is very important to make sure the design link you find is for the correct cup and size (I will also verify this on my end. Do not buy the file, I will only if the file will work). Thank you!
***Please note: white does not sublimate on to the clear or frosted glass, anything in the design that is white will be transparent.
Your custom cup comes with a bamboo lid and a straw.
